The three Democratic presidential candidates will be duking it out Saturday, December 19 at 5 p.m. PT, 8 p.m. ET in New Hampshire, during a debate to be broadcast by ABC News.
For those without a cable subscription, the event will be slightly easier to watch than previous debates, since it will be streaming free over the Internet, as well as airing on ABC affiliates across the US should your television have an antenna to pick up an over-the-air signal.
The live stream will play in browsers on the desktop as well as on Apple’s iOS and Google’s Android platforms for smartphones and other mobile devices.
The stream can also be watched on a TV in various ways. Apple users can tap AirPlay to cast the stream from their iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch to an Apple TV. Roku users can tune into the ABC News channel. Google Chromecast users can cast a browser tab playing the stream. And people with a Miracast-enabled device, such as the Xbox One, can cast the stream from a compatible Android or Windows device.
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders and former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley are set to take the stage for the debate.
