Siri offers a better way than blindly scrolling through your photo library on your iPhone to find photos from a past vacation or taken in places that aren’t your usual stomping grounds.
If your iPhone photo library is as organized as mine, which is to say without any albums other than those that Apple created for you, then you don’t have a neat and properly labeled collection that you can quickly call up to show a friend photos from your last vacation. The quickest way to find those vacation photos is to call up Siri and ask her to show you photos from wherever you vacationed.
Call up Siri by pressing and holding on the Home button or by saying, “Hey, Siri” if you have that feature enabled. With Siri listening, tell her to “Show me photos from Ireland” or “Show me photos from Cincinnati” or wherever you went.

To use Siri in this way, you need iOS 9 and to have location services enabled for the Camera app, which you can find in Settings > Privacy > Location Services.
