Looking to elope? Scope out Vegas chapels via Google Street View

Saturday is Valentine’s Day, which could mean an uptick in visits to Las Vegas wedding chapels. But with so many of them to choose from, wouldn’t it be nice to see what they look like ahead of getting hitched?

Google has released Street View images of several Las Vegas chapels, so soon-to-be-newlyweds can enjoy a casual morning at the hotel in front of their computers or smartphones as they decide exactly when and where they want to make it official.

From the Graceland Wedding Chapel where Jon Bon Jovi got hitched to the Tuscana Chapel at Caesars Palace that offers a taste of old-world Italy, each chapel has full Street View integration so you can walk around the place as if you were actually standing there. An information panel on the right side of the screen gives details on each venue, including the services it offers and which celebrities got hitched there.

Now, if only these chapels had live webcams so we could sit back and watch all the lovers hastily getting hitched on the world’s most romantic Hallmark holiday. That would be one reality show I might actually consider watching.
