Interactive training modules start by walking you through the basics, with the first lesson requiring little thinking as you’re asked to enter your name.

After filling in the required fields, you tap on a Run button and the program is executed. The app then details the outcome in an easy-to-understand manner. As you progress, the lessons get harder and more complex.
Javvy is available for both iOS and Android as a free download, with the first two chapters included. Additional chapters can be unlocked through an in-app purchase of $1.99.
