Google’s Project Fi wants to fix your phone bill

Google’s new wireless service will have you thinking differently about your phone plan.

Project Fi from Google takes a different approach to mobile service. It switches between Sprint and T-Mobile networks, as well as Wi-Fi hotspots — depending on which is the better connection. The tech behind it may sound complicated, but the pricing is straightforward and simple: customers are only charged for the data that’s used every month at a flat rate of $10/GB.
