Every new movie and TV show on Amazon Prime in September…

1:59

In September, Amazon is set to unveil an original series called “Hand of God,” starring Ron Perlman as morally iffy judge-turned-vigilante after tragedy strikes his family. It looks like a very dark and violent drama, and may be a nice pick for people who miss “Sons of Anarchy.” All episodes will be available for streaming starting September 4.

Horror fans get Rob Zombie’s version of “Halloween” well before actual Halloween. “The Blair Witch Project” and its much despised sequel “Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2” will also stream in September.

On the other end of the spectrum, the documentary about the man who lives on Sesame Street, “I Am Big Bird: The Caroll Spinney Story,” arrives on Amazon Prime in September.
