LG Optimus T gets priced at $29.99

When LG announced both the Optimus T and the Optimus S at CTIA earlier this month, only the Optimus S got pricing and an availability date ($49.99 on October 31). Now T-Mobile has announced the pricing of the Optimus T, and it’s quite possibly the cheapest Android phone we can remember at only $29.99 with a new two-year service agreement.

The LG Optimus T will ship with Android 2.2 and has a 3.7-inch HVGA display, a virtual keyboard with Swype, Wi-Fi, GPS, stereo Bluetooth, and support for T-Mobile’s 3G network. It can also act as a mobile Wi-Fi hot spot for up to five devices. The LG Optimus T will be available starting November 3.
