Sydney law firm Piper Alderman has sent a media alert advising that it will make an announcement tomorrow regarding “plans to proceed with a class action against Vodafone”.

No other details will be known until after the 11am AEDST conference tomorrow, but the alert does name Sasha Ivantsoff as the law partner leading the case and Amanda Burkett as the ex-Vodafone customer “registered to the claim”.

During the height of the so-called Vodafail issues back in 2010, Piper Alderman had called for affected Vodafone customers to register their interest in participating in a class action against Vodafone.
