The osculating Android phone sports a 3.5-inch capacitive screen with 320×480-pixel resolution, displaying 262,000 colours. Inside is an 800MHz processor with 256MB RAM, which has more kiss kiss bang bang than the pricier Motorola Motosmart also unveiled today.
We can’t promise crazy crazy nights with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, an older but still widely used version of Google’s Android software. Android lets you instantly download apps and games to customise your phone, accessing services like Facebook or Twitter, or showing specific information like headlines and weather on widgets that mean you don’t have to open a specific app.
It’s lighter than a kiss from a rose at 120g, and the camera is a 3.2-megapixel job with autofocus. Ain’t no particular sign that I’m compatible with, but the Kis is compatible with Bluetooth 2.1, Wi-Fi and GPS.
You can’t exactly rock and roll all nite with 512MB of memory for music and movies, but a microSD card — up to 32GB, but there’s a 2GB card included in the box — gives the phone the kiss of life.
The ZTE Kis is on sale today from Virgin Media and it’s cheaper than a ‘kiss me quick’ hat, and you get 1GB data free per month for a year — so you don’t have to be rich to be my girl.
