Vodafone gives prepaid customers bonus data for a month

When it comes to bonuses and freebies, prepaid customers often miss out compared to those stumping up the big bucks on 24-month contracts.

But Vodafone is offering its prepaid customers a little bit extra this month with news that it will be adding bonus data to its Prepaid Caps. For those customers that recharge during August, there will be up to 1.5GB of data up for grabs as a bonus on top of their existing data limit.

The offer is running until August 31, 2014 (“unless extended” according to Vodafone) and customers will need to activate their credit recharge before that end date in order to receive the Bonus Data (which will be applied to their account within 72 hours of activiation).

While the data is just for use in Australia (sorry roamers) it’s a good bonus if you’ve got to catch up on your cat videos this month.
