LG Optimus Vu is a phone on steroids.

Looks like the rumors were true.
Verizon’s version of the unlocked LG Optimus Vu, renamed the LG Intuition, will be available online to U.S. customers starting September 6. It will be offered in Verizon retail stores starting September 10 for $199.99 with a two-year contract.
The Intuition sports a gigantic 5-inch display with a 4:3 aspect ratio and 650 nits of brightness.

When I reviewed the Vu a few months back, the phone/tablet hybrid impressed me with its bright screen and slim build. CNET’s own Brian Bennett got a chance to get his hands on the Verizon unit, which is lacking the throwback antenna the Korean version sported.
In addition, unlike the unlocked unit I received, the LG Intuition will ship natively with the more recent version of Google’s mobile OS, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
The 4G LTE handset will sport the familiar 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD video recording capabilities, the 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, and the 1.5GHz dual-core processor.

For all you scribes out there, it’ll also be equipped with its stylus, called the Rubberdium pen, and QuickMemo, the note-taking and drawing app that users can access with a physical shortcut key.
To make use of the Intuition’s NFC capabilities, LG will include two Tag+ stickers that you can use to activate phone presets (such as screen brightness, vibrate settings, and Bluetooth) with just a tap of the phone.
