Samsung’s secret 8

Snuck into the background of an otherwise unremarkable Samsung press shot might be a reveal of the Galaxy Note 8.0.

Earlier in the year, Samsung’s head of mobile confirmed that the company is working on an 8-inch Galaxy Note that would probably be launched at Mobile World Congress (MWC).

The eagle-eyed aficionados at SammyHub think that the Note 8.0 might have made its first appearance “in the wild” via some press shots promoting a new colour option for the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE in Korea.

The design seems broadly similar to that mooted for the 8-inch Note but other than that, the device is still a mystery…until, perhaps, Mobile World Congress.
