Among the mobile device vendors, Samsung has been one of the most aggressive in pushing its tablet lineup. It was one of the first to introduce an Android tablet in the original Galaxy Tab, and it releases new sizes and variants on a regular basis.
The Galaxy Note line, which includes a stylus, is geared toward people looking to create their own media or content.
The Galaxy Note 8.0, according to SamMobile, will feature an 8-inch 1280×800 Super Clear LCD display, a 5-megapixel rear camera, a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB to 32GB of internal storage with a slot for more memory. It also packs a 4,600 mAh battery.
The tablet will be 8.3 inches long, 5.4 inches wide, and 0.3 inches thick, according to SamMobile.
Software wise, it will run on Android 4.2, also known as Jelly Bean. As with other Note devices, it will feature a built-in S-Pen stylus.
