The LG G2 smartphone will be making its way to Sprint, and now the carrier’s customers can preorder the handset.

As expected, LG and Sprint started offering preorders on the Android 4.2-based handset on Friday. New Sprint customers who want to pick up the smartphone will pay $99.99 with a two-year contract. Current customers will pay $199.99 for the device. Sprint is offering the handset in both black and white.

In September, Sprint announced plans to start the G2’s preorders on October 11. The company at that time said that the handset would cost customers $199.99 with a two-year contract. Although that’s still true for in-store customers and those who are already Sprint users, the $100 price tag is available on Web orders that port a line from another carrier to Sprint. The carrier says its offer is available only for a limited time.

The LG G2 comes with a 5.2-inch HD display and a 2.3GHz quad-core processor. The smartphone is already available at AT&T and Verizon. Preorder the device online, Sprint says, and “We’ll do our best to get it to you before others get a glimpse on Friday, November 8.”
