Nokia has today rolled out a fairly significant update to the Ovi Store, introducing automatic update notifications for installed apps and an option to update all apps with a single keystroke.
The Store update applies to devices running on Nokia’s Symbian^3 OS, although Nokia said that it intends to roll these same improvements out to handsets running earlier firmware in the future.
Along with update notifications, Nokia also indicated in the change log that it has included a new algorithm for determining its Top Free and Best Seller app aggregation lists, helping to improve the lists by including location-aware results.
