Nokia’s first tablet, the Lumia 2520, is up for grabs on Nokia’s home turf, and is coming to the UK before the end of the year.
Phone fans in Finland can pre-order the 10-inch 2520 tablet and 6-inch Lumia 1520 from Finnish network Elisa, to be delivered on 4 December.
And a Nokia spokesperson told me the new phones will come to the UK before the end of the year, with its price and a more specific UK release date to be revealed in a couple of weeks.
In Finland, both tablet and phablet cost €17.90 (£15) per month on a contract lasting a whopping three years.
The Lumia 1520 boasts a 1,920×1,080-pixel screen with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and 2GB of RAM underneath. It runs Windows Phone 8.1.
The Lumia 2520 has the same processor as the 1520 and the same resolution for its larger screen, adding up to a fairly respectable 218 pixels per inch. It runs Windows 8.1 RT.
