With less than a week to go before Google formally unveils its latest Nexus creations, we’ve come to learn just about every thing there is to know about the upcoming smartphones. Yet another piece of the puzzle falls into place today as Android Police reveals the alleged colors of the Huawei Nexus 6P.
The annual launch of Nexus phones, Google’s flagship handsets, is an important event in the smartphone space. For one, it signals the arrival of the latest in Android software capabilities. The latest version of Android usually debuts on a Nexus device and then the new features trickle out to the more popular phones in the ensuing months.
Another reason to get excited over the launch of a Nexus phone — there are two this year — is that the device is void of carrier influence. Known as stock Android, it means none of those preloaded apps and services that users tend to ignore.
