Budget Android Moto E joins AT&T’s GoPhone roster

AT&T’s GoPhone prepaid service got two new phones today, while the carrier also trots out a limited-time promotional bundle for the iPhone and iPad Mini 2.

The Motorola Moto E , a likable budget Android 5.0 handset, packs a 4.5-inch screen and 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. In terms of cameras, the Moto E houses a 5-megapixel rear shooter and a front-facing 0.3-megapixel unit.

There’s also the similarly specced ZTE Maven , priced at $60. It’s an entry-level experience highlighted by a 4-inch display and 5-megapixel rear camera.

While these two help round out AT&T prepaid portfolio, the carrier is also offering a limited time deal where anyone who buys an iPhone on an AT&T Next plan can also get the iPad Mini 2 (16GB) for $200 and a two-year data plan.

You can add the iPad Mini 2 to a Mobile Share Value plan ($10/month) or set it up with its own plan of $14.99 per month or higher.
