Motorola will give the Moto G a modest punch-up, according to recent benchmarks (here and here) for a Motorola XT1063.

Based on these preliminary specifications, it appears that the “XT1063” will be another midrange device, but one that enlarges the display size and camera megapixels.
While the 5-inch screen is larger than the Moto G’s 4.5-inch display, it could carry the same 720×1,280 pixel resolution. Meanwhile, the rear camera could make the jump from 5-megapixels to 8-megapixels; the front-facing shooter could likewise slide from 1.3-megapixels to 2-megapixels.
Other details tipped in the benchmarks include Android 4.4.4 KitKat, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB RAM, and 4.5GB internal storage. It isn’t clear whether this device would offer 3G or 4G connectivity, however I’m leaning toward the former. The 3G version of the Moto G will celebrate its first anniversary in December and the 4G LTE variant only recently became available.
