LG is promoting its G Watch with a new video spot that highlights a few key features.

The 54-minute “product movie” spells out some of the benefits — Android compatibility, a sleek and lightweight design for all-day comfort, a metal body, a single charge that keeps the watch ticking, and a waterproof design for outdoor use.

LG already revealed a few specs about the G Watch in April courtesy of its teaser website. The video spot doesn’t spill any new information but simply tries to rev up more interest among prospective buyers.

Developed by LG and Google, the G Watch will be equipped with Android Wear, a modified version of Android designed for wearable gadgets. It’ll be one of a likely wave of devices powered by the software — Google’s other Android Wear partners include Asus, HTC, Motorola, and Samsung, and Fossil Group has said it will introduce watches running the OS later this year.

Android Wear will rely on the Google Now service and the voice command “OK Google,” just like Google Glass.

LG is set to launch the watch sometime this quarter, which means we should see it by the end of June.
