The entry-level Android phone shares the same specifications as those other handsets, with Android 2.2, a 3.2-inch touch screen, a microSD card slot, Wi-Fi, GPS, and more. Aside from the usual Google apps, it also comes preloaded with U.S. Cellular’s own voice-guided navigation system. The LG Optimus U will be free–yes, free–after a two-year contract and a $80 mail-in rebate.
