Boost Mobile on Monday announced its latest Android handset, the LG Optimus F3 . Priced at $129.99, it’s the carrier’s least expensive smartphone with 4G LTE support, ever.

The Optimus F3 isn’t going to win any performance awards, but it should still have enough specs to satisfy budget-seekers. Indeed, this is the same experience that Sprint and Virgin Mobile have offered since last summer.

Powered by Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, the smartphone features a 4-inch display, a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and 4GB of internal storage. Additionally, the Optimus F3 houses a 1.2GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM, and a 2,460mAh battery.

In terms of software, the handset comes with a number of custom LG apps and services; QuickMemo, VuTalk, QSlide, and Q Translator are present.

As is the case with other Androids on Boost Mobile, the Optimus F3 pairs with the carrier’s $55 monthly plan with unlimited talk and text, and 2.5GB data. For every six on-time payments, Boost will drop your bill by $5 per month down to a limit of $40 per month.
