$300 off-contract gets you a 13-megapixel camera.

We’ve known for a few months now that AT&T would be the only US carrier to get the 5.7-inch Microsoft Lumia 640 XL …and we finally have details.

The carrier will start selling the midrange phablet on June 26 (both online and in retail stores) for $300 off-contract. You can also buy it through a monthly Next plan.

  • Next SM plan: $0 down
  • Next 24: $8.34 per month for 30 months
  • Next 18: $10.42 per month for 24 months
  • Next 12: $12.50 per month for 20 months
