More detailed specs have appeared online for one of Samsung’s super-sized Mega smartphones.
Last week we noted that rumours were surfacing about two new large-screen phones from Samsung the Galaxy Mega 5.8 and 6.3.
SamMobile now has more information regarding the Galaxy Mega 5.8, and the specs point to a mid-range offering from Samsung.
As the name suggests, the phone will have a 5.8-inch screen with a qHD resolution (960×540). The processor is tipped to be dual-core running at 1.4GHz with 1.5GB of RAM, and the phone will come with the Jelly Bean variant of Android (either 4.1.2 or 4.2.2).
The battery will be 2600mAh, and the size is tipped be 164×83.8×9.7mm, which would put it as only slightly larger than the Galaxy Note 2. Another rumour says that it will be part of Samsung’s Duos range, meaning it will be capable of taking dual SIM cards.
At the moment, there’s no additional information available on the Galaxy Mega 6.3.
