Subscribers at Verizon Wireless, AT&T, and T-Mobile will be able to snag LG’s new G2 smartphone this month.
Verizon announced on Thursday that the G2 will debut both online and at its retail stores starting September 12. The phone will sell for $199.99 with the usual two-year contract.
AT&T will kick off online orders for the G2 starting September 6, shipping those orders on September 9. It will then follow up with in-store sales on September 13. Subscribers can buy the G2 for $199.99 with a two-year agreement or pay $27 per month via AT&T Next.
T-Mobile users can already preorder the G2, but buyers will have to wait a bit longer to get their hands on one. The carrier said on Thursday that it expects to start selling the phone through its Web site on September 18. The phone will then make its way to T-Mobile retail stores, select dealers, and national retail outlets on September 25.
Through T-Mobile’s Simple Choice Plan, qualifying customers can buy the G2 for $99.99 down followed by 24 monthly payments of $21.
Sprint will also sell the G2 but hasn’t yet revealed a launch date.
The G2 packs in a 5.2-inch full HD display, a 2.26 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, and a 13-megapixel camera.
