LG showed off the G Pad 8.3 at the IFA conference in Germany last month. LG’s slate was rumored for months prior to its unveiling. The company hasn’t necessarily made a major mark on the tablet space and hasn’t launched a new slate since last year, making it due for an update.
Now that the G Pad 8.3 is available in Korea, LG plans to roll it out elsewhere. The tablet will be available in North America in the coming weeks, followed by Europe. The tablet will be available in black and white when it launches. The company has yet to reveal exact pricing and availability in the US.
