Google to take another crack at Glass

Google Glass isn’t dead. But it is under new management.

Google announced that the Explorer models of Glass will no longer be sold to the public after Monday, as the connected eyewear is evolving and moving out of Google’s lab. The man behind the design of the iPod and Nest Thermostat

, Tony Fadell, is now in charge of the future of Glass. But that future isn’t clear. Perhaps the next Glass could be different than the one we know today.

Until the world is okay with wearing a camera on your face, the smartwatch will be the more widely-accepted wearable gadget. Watch this episode of Update for a roundup of news on wearable tech from your head to your toes :
