First launched in May 2013, Boost Mobile Wallet lets its prepaid subscribers manage their money, send payments, and pay bills. Powered by mobile payment provider Wipit, the service is done using either an Android or iOS application.

T-Mobile introduced a similar service this year; however, it differs from Boost’s offering in a number of ways. Boost Mobile Wallet Plus will expedite check-loading so you can use your funds right away, whereas T-Mobile’s service could take a few days to clear. Further, Boost Mobile Wallet provides expedited bill payment to more than 3,500 nationwide billers for $2-to-$5 ,while T-Mobile charges $10 for the faster turn-around time.

To get started with Boost Mobile Wallet, head to either the Google Play Store or iTunes to download the respective application. You can learn more about the service at Boost Mobile’s Web site.
