Tip of the week
How to store your voice mail password so you don’t have to enter it every time:
1. Touch the Menu Key.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Touch Call Settings.
4. Touch Voicemail Settings.
5. Change the number to *86,,XXXX#
– each , represents a pause
– XXXX is your pin number
6. Now when you call your voice mail it will automatically enter your password for you.

Hello,
Let me start by saying I love your show and find it so incredibly useful. Thank you!
I have a Droid X. Last month it locked up three times. The Verizon tech said it was a tower issue? The only way to fix it was to take the battery out. Then when turning on it hung on the first slash screen. After doing a hard reset, losing everything, and having problems with My Backups. My Google places directory is gone. This I find worked better for searches other than where I am at the time than Places. I can’t find it in the marketplace. How can I get it back? Can I use bump to get it from another Droid?
Keep up the great work!
Joe
