Another new Android phone has been outed as the mobile world gears up for its annual Barcelona bunfight at trade show Mobile World Congress. This time we’re getting a peek under Acer’s skirts with the E110.
It’s a 3G candybar phone with GSM quad band, GPRS, Edge and HSDPA. It packs assisted GPS too. We don’t yet know which version of Android the phone will support.
The E110 is the latest Android phone to leak ahead of next week’s phone-stravaganza MWC, following the HTC Bravo and Supersonic. Phone site Unwired View spotted the E110 on the Web site of the Bluetooth Special Interest Group, the folks who look after the interests of Bluetooth. Also outed is the Acer P300, a Windows Mobile handset.
Acer has been quiet on the Android front, with just the Acer Liquid and Aspire One D250 laptop emerging lately. That looks set to change at MWC, so keep it Crave for all the phone news for 2010.
