Its portable Powercell 6000+ battery pack comes with a 6,000mAh polymer battery inside that promises 25 hours of talk time, 18 hours of Internet, 20 hours of video or 100 hours of audio playback. The compact gray-and-orange gadget plugs directly into a wall outlet and comes with dual USB ports so you can charge two devices at once.

So how do you go about winning this portable pack worth $74.99? There are a few rules, so please read carefully.
