Its all-in price comes to $600, but you can also buy it for $500 with a two-year service agreement. Alternatively, customers can spread out the cost with AT&T’s Tablet Installment plan of $30 per month for 20 months.

For a limited time, AT&T is also offering the Surface 3 for $400 as part of a Lumia bundle. To qualify, buyers must purchase a Windows smartphone on an AT&T Next plan and the Microsoft Surface 3 on a two-year service agreement, activating service on both.

Running Windows 8.1, the Surface 3 is powered by a quad-core Intel Atom x7 processor and features 64GB internal storage. Other key hardware includes microSD expansion card support, a 7,485mAh battery and a full-size USB 3.0 port.
