India again asked China for “complete disengagement and de-escalation” at all the face-off sites in eastern Ladakh, as there lies a lack of trust because of the constant consolidation of military positions by the Chinese Army all along the frontier, according to TOI.

3. Not Sexual Assault If There’s No Skin-To-Skin Contact, Rules Bombay High Court

When there is “no direct physical contact — skin to skin with sexual intent, without penetration,” it would not amount to ‘sexual assault’ as per the POCSO Act, ruled Bombay high court when it acquitted a 39-year-old man who was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment under section 8 by a trial court for pressing the breasts of a minor, according to a TNN report. 

4. Pakistan To Mortgage Park For Loan
