Apple sued for ‘bricking’ iPhone 3G and 3GS with iOS 4

Time Warner Cable profit rises, subscribers slip

Time Warner Cable saw bigger profits on increased revenue during the third quarter of 2010 even as it lost TV subscribers. The second largest cable operator in the U.S. reported a 34 percent jump in profits for the three-month period.
