Clearwire shareholders approve Sprint takeover

Sprint has jumped through the last hoop in its effort to buy the remaining stake in Clearwire. On Monday, Clearwire shareholders approved a deal in which Sprint, which owns about 50 percent of the company, would buy the remaining shares of Clearwire for $5 a share.
