Apple’s third iOS 13 developer beta adds a FaceTime feature that’ll fake eye contact during video calls, according to app designer Mike Rundle. Google and Facebook under investigation again for advertising market power

The UK’s Competition and Markets Authority has kicked off a probe into digital advertising and online platforms. Huawei remains on Commerce Department’s blacklist despite Trump’s deal

The Commerce Department is apparently still treating Huawei as blacklisted. Samsung accused of misleading customers on Galaxy S ‘water resistance’
