If you’re a geek in the market for a pair of full-size headphones, you may want to hold out for Star Wars Day May 4. That’s when SMS Audio will launch its second-edition “Star Wars”-branded headphones, which bring four new character options to the “Star Wars” Street by 50 On-Ear Headphones line.

The new characters include R2-D2, Chewbacca, TIE Fighter and Darth Vader. Each set comes with a character poster and some stickers, as well as a branded carrying case, cleaning cloth and removable audio cable. This brings the total available character headphones to eight, as the first series included characters for the Rebel Alliance, Galactic Empire, Boba Fett and Imperial Stormtrooper. The headphones run $199 each, and will launch on the SMS Audio website and other retail partners in the US on May 4, aka “Star Wars” day.

SMS plans to launch the headphones in the UK sometime in April. No plans for a launch in Australia were available at the time of this article’s publication.
