If you’ve been waiting for accessories to match your curved TV, Samsung has you covered with its curved soundbar, now released in Korea.

Unveiled at IFA 2014 , the soundbar is built to the optimal 4,200R curvature (which means the radius of the circle is 4,200mm) to match Samsung’s lineup of curved 55-inch and 65-inch UHD TVs.

The speaker boasts an output of 320W, 8.1 channel support, wireless linking, and a brushed aluminium finish, and will be available in Korean retail stores by September 22.

The HW-H7501 curved soundbar launched in Samsung’s home country of South Korea at 890,000 won ($860, £530, AU$949) on Samsung’s official online store. For a short time, Samsung is also throwing in its DA-F60 Bluetooth portable speaker, normally worth 410,000 won ($397, £244, AU$437).

At IFA 2014, Australian Samsung representatives told CNET the price in that market will be AU$899, cheaper than the direct conversion pricing from this Korean launch price point.

There is no announcement yet as to when the product will arrive in stores outside of Korea.
