Vodafone’s deals are perhaps fractionally worse, with no bulk discount for its 5GB tariff over its competitors’ 3GB versions, and no included Wi-Fi — but its huge network is usually one of the most reliable, both at home and internationally.
Vodafone is also offering roaming deals for using your iPad 3G abroad, starting at £9.99 per day for up to 50MB of data.
All three networks will be giving away free micro SIMs — that’s the half-sized SIM card that fits the iPad.
