As the reviews of AT&T’s first Windows Phone 7 devices (Samsung Focus, HTC Surround) roll in, T-Mobile wanted to remind people that it, too, has a Windows Phone 7 smartphone in the wings.
The carrier announced on Wednesday that the HTC HD7 will be will be dropping on November 8 for $199.99 with a two-year contract and after a $50 mail-in rebate. With its large 4.3-inch touch screen and spacious keyboard, the HD7 has been one of the early favorites from the Windows Phone 7 launch event.
The handset also features a 1GHz processor, 16GB of internal memory, a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash and HD video capture, and will come bundled with a number of entertainment apps, including Netflix, Slacker Radio, and T-Mobile TV.
In addition to the HD7, T-Mobile will also offer the Dell Venue Pro, though it will only be sold directly from Dell. Pricing and release date for the Venue Pro has not been announced at this time.
