Lenovo IdeaPad S2110 tablet hands-on
0:55
Fancy a look at the latest transforming tablet that thinks it’s a laptop that thinks it’s a tablet? Press play on our video to meet the Lenovo IdeaPad S2110, all the way from CES 2012 in Las Vegas.
The IdeaPad S2110 appears at first glance to be a laptop, until, like a butterfly emerging from it chrysalis, it becomes a tablet. Yes, the screen portion is a 10-inch tablet, which you can carry around with you when you’re on the go, or click snugly back into the keyboard dock when you’ve got a bit of space to sit down and do some serious typing.
It’s powered by Ice Cream Sandwich, the latest version of Google’s Android software for phones and tablets. Could it be a prime contender to the Asus Transformer Prime, another laptop/tablet that divides and conquers?
But enough of our gabbling: hit play above to see Luke investigate the S2110’s best bits, including the most adorable little Ice Cream Sandwich-droid you’re ever likely to see.
The IdeaPad S2 is unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show, the annual techmageddon of gadgets and gizmos in Las Vegas.
