The Galaxy S4, Galaxy S4 Active, Galaxy S4 Mini, Galaxy S4 Zoom, and, wait for it, the Galaxy S4 Google Play Edition may all sound like pretty much the same thing, but they are quite different.
The Galaxy S4 is the big daddy of the bunch, with the others sharing some of its software features, but with wildly different hardware specs. The Galaxy Active is waterproof, for example, while the Zoom features a proper camera lens.
Each phone has a very specific set of features intended to appeal to a particular type of person, or hit a particular price.
