Sony Xperia Z1 AU$779, pre

The Sony Xperia Z1 will cost AU$779 outright, and will be available for pre-order through the Sony website on 9 September.

Sony has confirmed to CNET Australia that the new Sony Xperia Z1 will be available for a suggested retail of price of AU$779 from the Sony online store.

IT will be available outright for pre-order on Sony’s web store on 9 September.

Pre-orders through Virgin Mobile are available from 6 September for AU$0 on its Virgin Mobile $60 plan (the minimum total cost is AU$1440 over 24 months).

Pre-orders through Optus will be available on 16 September. The phone will also be available through Telstra.
