The Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini may not be the sexiest phone to showcase the launch of AT&T’s new Voice over LTE network, but starting May 23, this smaller, cheaper Android handset becomes the carrier’s first device with HD Voice.
Selling at $50 with a new, two-year contract (you can also get it through the Next 18 or Next 12 payment plans), the Galaxy S4
Mini has a 4.3-inch display, an 8-megapixel camera, and a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor. You can buy it from AT&T in black or pink.
HD Voice rolls out first in Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, and Wisconsin, with other states and markets to follow.
