LG is planning to roll out new, L series devices to customers all over the world, the company announced Friday.
Starting this week, LG will make the L Fino and L Bello smartphones available to customers in Brazil. It plans to launch the entry-range handsets to customers in other countries in Latin America, Asia, and the Commonwealth of Independent States in the next several weeks.
LG’s L series line of devices are designed for entry-level customers seeking their first smartphones, the company said. While the L Fino and L Bello are designed for those who are new to the smartphone space, they might also prove to be appealing from a specs perspective.
The L Fino, for example, comes with a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 4GB of internal storage, and a 4.5-inch VGA display. It has an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera and runs Android 4.4.2 (KitKat). The L Bellow bumps up nearly all of those features, boasting a 1.3GHz quad-core processor, a 5-inch screen, and 8GB of internal storage. It, too, has an 8-megapixel camera and runs Android 4.4.2 (KitKat).
Both devices come in a range of colors, including white, black, and gold. The L Fino adds red and green colors to the mix. Color availability will vary depending on the country.
LG did not announce exact pricing and availability, but did say that it will provide more details on both counts when its devices launch.
