The new Samsung flagship was unveiled at the end of February, and comes in two flavours: the flat-fronted S6, and the S6 Edge, which has a screen that curves over at the sides.
The new phones hit shop shelves on 10 April, which is when your pre-ordered phone should be delivered. Or if you buy from Samsung you’ll be able to enjoy a day of showing off as phones bought directly are sent out on 9 April.

The Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge will be available to pre-order from all high-street retailers and networks, including Carphone Warehouse, EE, O2, Three and Vodafone, on the usual variety of contracts. Pre-ordering direct from Samsung means buying from Samsung’s website or going to a Samsung Experience Store.
Both phones pack 4G LTE for extra-fast browsing and streaming. The latest Android 5.0 Lollipop software runs the show. They’re encased in metal and tough Gorilla Glass 4, with 16-megapixel cameras and eye-popping 5-inch screens. The Edge’s display wraps around at the sides so you can swipe your finger in to control the phone in an interesting new way.
Both flagship phones come in 32GB, 64GB or 128GB varieties. Prices for the two new devices are yet to be officially confirmed.
