Still thinking about preordering Microsoft’s new Surface Book? It might be harder than you thought.

On the company’s website, clicking on all five flavors of the Surface Book now triggers the message “Email me when available.” That’s because preorder supplies of the gadget have sold out, Microsoft said.

The Windows 10 device, which turns from a laptop to a tablet via a detachable keyboard, is scheduled to reach consumers on October 26. It’s been available for preorder since October 7.

“We’ve seen strong demand for Surface Book and have sold out of preorder supply for October 26 availability,” a Microsoft spokesperson said. “We will have limited quantities of Surface Book available in store on October 26 and will be updating online availability with new product ship dates soon.”

The Surface Book is the Redmond, Washington, company’s attempt to shake up the computer market in light of lackluster sales. Microsoft’s goal is not just to generate revenue from the Surface Book, but to show other PC vendors how to make a laptop that can tap into the features of Windows 10 and potentially win over an audience. At the device’s unveiling on October 6, Panos Panay, Microsoft’s head of devices, called it ” the ultimate laptop,” adding that it’s the “thinnest, most powerful PC ever created.”

There are still other options out there for trying to snag a Surface Book. Frys.com shows at least two variations available and says preordered Surface Books are estimated to ship by October 26. At Amazon’s website, you can preorder most variations, and the e-commerce giant will email you when it has an estimated delivery date.

Best Buy’s website displays the Surface Book models, but with just a “coming soon” message and no option to preorder. There, you can preorder the Surface Dock and the Surface Pen, which lets you take notes and draw images.

The Surface Book is pricey, ranging from $1,499 to $2,699. But it makes a statement. Outfitted with a 13.5-inch 3,000×2,000-pixel display, the Surface Book is powered by the latest generation of Intel’s Core processor and offers up to 12 hours of battery life. The front-facing camera can also authenticate your log-in via facial recognition, tapping into a new Windows 10 security feature called Windows Hello.

Update, 12:08 p.m. PT: Adds Microsoft statement. Adds details about offers from Amazon and Fry’s.
