The car was then seen outside a pub called named Crabby Jack. Henry was found inside with a pint. When approached by police, he said he was there for nearly an hour and had been isolating as he was alone.

He admitted his crime and the court fined him £5000. He was to be under lock and key till at least £1500 was paid. The rest to be paid by the end of October.

Defence lawyer Phoebe Cobb said her client was under the wrong impression that he was risking the lives of others at the pub as he was alone.

“To think that you could isolate in Crabby Jack’s is both fanciful and, quite frankly, pathetic. This was both blatant and belligerent, in the sense that you did what you wanted to do and not what you were told to do,” Judge Graeme McKerrell said according to LADbible.
